Purpose:
The SayPro Fellowship Management Office is responsible for managing fellowship programs, ensuring effective placement, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for emerging leaders in various sectors. This office is key to fostering relationships with partner organizations and ensuring a continuous pipeline of well-equipped youth for leadership roles.


Chairperson of SayPro

  • Role: Provides overall leadership and strategic direction to the organization.

Director of SayPro Fellowship Management Office

  • Role: Oversees the overall operations of the Fellowship Management Office, managing strategic goals, partnerships, and ensuring that fellowship programs are impactful and sustainable.

Reports to: Chairperson of SayPro


Fellowship Program Manager

  • Role: Manages the daily operations of fellowship programs, ensures smooth application processes, and coordinates with partner organizations for placement opportunities.

Reports to: Director of SayPro Fellowship Management Office


Fellowship Coordinator (Fellows)

  • Role: Manages individual fellow’s applications, placements, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship throughout their program tenure.

Reports to: Fellowship Program Manager


Mentorship Program Lead

  • Role: Develops and manages the mentorship aspect of the fellowship program, ensuring fellows are paired with appropriate mentors and that relationships are nurtured throughout the program.

Reports to: Fellowship Program Manager


Partnership & Stakeholder Manager

  • Role: Cultivates partnerships with organizations and businesses to secure fellowship placements and post-program opportunities for fellows.

Reports to: Director of SayPro Fellowship Management Office


Fellowship Support Officer

  • Role: Provides logistical and administrative support to the Fellowship Program, ensuring smooth operation, managing communication, and coordinating events or training sessions for fellows.

Reports to: Fellowship Program Manager


2. SayProStaffKraal

Purpose:
SayProStaffKraal is dedicated to fostering an engaged and well-supported community for SayPro’s staff, mentors, and partners. It serves as a resource hub for training, professional development, and networking, ensuring that staff members have the necessary tools to succeed in their roles and contribute to SayPro’s mission.


Director of SayProStaffKraal

  • Role: Leads the operations of SayProStaffKraal, managing staff development programs, training initiatives, and ensuring that the platform is delivering value to all members of SayPro’s workforce.

Reports to: Chairperson of SayPro


Staff Development Manager

  • Role: Designs and manages professional development programs and training workshops for SayPro staff, fellows, and mentors.

Reports to: Director of SayProStaffKraal


Human Resources Manager

  • Role: Manages HR functions within SayPro, including recruitment, onboarding, staff engagement, and performance management for all employees and fellows.

Reports to: Director of SayProStaffKraal


Staff Engagement & Communication Officer

  • Role: Develops strategies for improving internal communication, staff engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture at SayPro. Ensures smooth information flow and strong team dynamics.

Reports to: Staff Development Manager


Training & Development Coordinator

  • Role: Organizes training sessions, webinars, and skill-building workshops for staff, mentors, and fellows. Supports staff in their career development.

Reports to: Staff Development Manager


Administrative Support Officer

  • Role: Provides day-to-day administrative support to the SayProStaffKraal team, managing scheduling, event coordination, and record-keeping for training sessions and staff activities.

Reports to: Staff Development Manager


Community Engagement Officer

  • Role: Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external partners, alumni, and stakeholders who contribute to the growth and support of SayPro’s workforce.
