Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the accurate processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Staff Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records, including personal information, employment history, and compensation details.
  3. Employee Benefits: Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and any additional company-specific benefits.
  4. Compliance and Legal Obligations: Ensure that all payroll processes adhere to legal requirements, including tax filings, pension contributions, and other statutory obligations.
  5. Employee Queries and Support: Provide support to employees regarding payroll, benefits, and general employment inquiries, ensuring clear and effective communication.
