- Reviews and advises on fundraising strategies and financial planning.
Communications Officer
- Ensures effective internal and external communication within the committee.
- Develops messaging to promote SayProRoyal-3’s initiatives.
- Coordinates with the media and stakeholders for strategic outreach.
Project Management Officer
- Manages the progress of key projects related to the strategic plan.
- Ensures projects are on track, meeting timelines, and within scope.
- Reports progress to the committee and handles risk management.
Legal and Compliance Officer
- Oversees legal compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provides advice on governance and operational policies.
- Ensures the committee’s decisions align with SayPro’s legal frameworks.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
- Tracks the success of strategic initiatives.
- Collects data, analyzes performance, and provides recommendations for adjustments.
