The Human Capital division under SayProCRR-2 is dedicated to researching, analyzing, and evaluating the development, utilization, and impact of human capital within communities and across various economic sectors. This unit focuses on understanding how investments in people—through education, training, skills development, health, and wellbeing—contribute to economic growth, productivity, and long-term prosperity.

- To measure the return on investment (ROI) in education, vocational training, internships, and learnerships supported by SayPro and its partners.
