- Reports to: Volunteer Management Office Director
- Role: Responsible for recruiting and onboarding volunteers. Manages volunteer placement, communication, and relationship-building.
1.3. Volunteer Training & Development Coordinator
- Reports to: Volunteer Management Office Director
- Role: Designs and facilitates training programs for volunteers, ensuring they are adequately prepared for their roles and responsibilities.
1.4. Volunteer Engagement & Retention Officer
- Reports to: Volunteer Management Office Director
- Role: Manages the engagement, support, and retention strategies for volunteers, ensuring high morale and long-term involvement.
1.5. Volunteer Program Support Staff

- Role: Provides operational and administrative support to the Volunteer Management Office, including documentation, volunteer tracking, and logistics.

2.1. SayProTravelKraal Manager
- Reports to: SayPro Chairperson
- Role: Leads SayProTravelKraal, overseeing all travel-related activities, partnerships, and initiatives that promote sustainable and community-driven tourism.
2.2. Travel Program Development Coordinator
- Reports to: SayProTravelKraal Manager
- Role: Develops and curates travel programs that promote sustainable tourism, including community-based tourism initiatives and eco-friendly travel packages.
2.3. Community Outreach & Partnerships Officer
- Reports to: SayProTravelKraal Manager
- Role: Builds and maintains partnerships with local communities, tourism boards, and other stakeholders to facilitate collaborative tourism efforts.
