1. Executive Leadership

  • DEI Officer: Oversees the implementation of DEI strategies and reports to executive leadership.​

2. Committee Leadership

  • Committee Co-Chairperson: Assists the Chairperson and steps in during their absence.​

3. Core Committee Members

  • Policy Development Lead: Focuses on creating and revising policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.​
  • Training and Education Lead: Develops and coordinates DEI training sessions and workshops.​
  • Data and Analytics Lead: Collects and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives.​
  • Community Engagement Lead: Fosters relationships with external organizations and communities to promote DEI.​
