- Ensures that all risk management strategies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Assesses financial risks and provides advice on economic stability and growth.
- Reviews budgets and financial plans to mitigate financial uncertainties.
- Ensures that SayPro’s financial operations are safeguarded from risks.
Operational Risk Advisor
- Focuses on operational risks such as supply chain disruptions, project failures, or technological issues.
- Advises on process improvements to reduce operational risks.
- Ensures the continuity of key operational functions.
Cybersecurity and Data Protection Officer
- Monitors and advises on cyber risks, including data breaches, cybersecurity threats, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Ensures risk management strategies incorporate the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.
External Risk Consultant (Optional)
- Provides an independent, external perspective on risk management.
- Assists the committee in assessing emerging risks and offers recommendations for improvements.
- Ensures the committee remains aware of global and industry-specific risks.
Secretariat/Administrative Support
