Treasurer
- Oversees SayPro’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manages financial records and statements.
- Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory financial requirements.
- Chairs financial sub-committees or task forces as needed.
Finance Committee Members
- Senior financial experts with experience in investment, accounting, and financial management.
- Responsible for reviewing and recommending financial strategies.
- Oversee financial reporting, investment strategies, and asset management.
Internal Auditor
- Reviews internal financial controls and processes.
- Ensures financial compliance and risk management.
- Reports directly to the Chairperson on audit findings.
External Financial Consultant/Advisors
- Provides independent financial advice and strategy.
- Supports the committee with specialized expertise in financial markets, investments, and global economic trends.
- Advises on long-term financial planning and strategic investments.
Risk Management Officer
- Identifies financial risks and implements mitigation strategies.
- Works closely with the Treasurer and Internal Auditor to ensure financial stability.
- Provides advice on safeguarding SayPro’s financial interests.
Committee Secretary
- Manages the committee’s records, meetings, and documentation.
- Coordinates communication between committee members and other departments.
