Vice Chairperson of Finance and Treasury Committee

  • Assists the Chairperson in leadership and decision-making.
  • Acts as Chairperson in their absence.
  • Provides support in overseeing financial matters.

Treasurer

  • Oversees SayPro’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manages financial records and statements.
  • Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory financial requirements.
  • Chairs financial sub-committees or task forces as needed.

Finance Committee Members

  • Senior financial experts with experience in investment, accounting, and financial management.
  • Responsible for reviewing and recommending financial strategies.
  • Oversee financial reporting, investment strategies, and asset management.

Internal Auditor

  • Reviews internal financial controls and processes.

External Financial Consultant/Advisors

  • Provides independent financial advice and strategy.

Risk Management Officer

  • Identifies financial risks and implements mitigation strategies.
  • Works closely with the Treasurer and Internal Auditor to ensure financial stability.
  • Provides advice on safeguarding SayPro’s financial interests.

Committee Secretary

  • Manages the committee’s records, meetings, and documentation.
  • Coordinates communication between committee members and other departments.
