- Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO)
- Provides strategic direction on human capital management for the Investment Committee.
- Develops and implements policies and programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent in investment management.
- Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Responsible for recruiting and selecting key members with specialized skills in investment management, financial analysis, legal compliance, and risk management.
- Works with the CHCO to build a strong talent pipeline to support the committee’s growth.
- Training and Development Coordinator
- Oversees training programs designed to enhance the skills of committee members and other staff involved in investment activities.
- Ensures that all members are up-to-date on market trends, investment practices, and legal or regulatory changes.
- Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
- Acts as a liaison between the committee and the broader organization on human capital matters.
- Provides guidance on personnel policies, employee relations, and performance management for individuals working in investment-related roles.
- Compensation and Benefits Manager
- Designs and manages the compensation structure for investment professionals and other key roles within the Investment Committee.
- Ensures that the committee’s members and staff are compensated fairly, competitively, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Employee Engagement Specialist
- Focuses on maintaining high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and motivation among the team members within the investment committee and its supporting staff.
- Implements initiatives to foster a positive working environment that aligns with SayPro’s values and investment objectives.
- HR Assistant/Support Staff
- Provides administrative support for the human capital management functions.
- Assists in recruitment, onboarding, scheduling training sessions, and handling personnel records.
- External Consultants and Advisors
- Provides expert advice and specialized services in areas like investment law, financial analysis, market research, and talent development.
- May be hired on a temporary or project basis to assist with specific needs or challenges faced by the committee.
