    Oversees recruitment processes, talent management, employee development, and succession planning.
  4. Employee Wellbeing and Engagement Officer
    Focuses on employee engagement, welfare, retention, and work-life balance initiatives.
  5. Compensation and Benefits Officer
    Manages salary structures, benefits packages, and compensation strategies to maintain competitive edge.
  6. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer
    Leads diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  7. HR Compliance and Risk Officer
    Ensures all HR policies and practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
  8. Learning and Development Officer
    Oversees continuous learning, skills development programs, and professional growth opportunities for employees.
  9. Performance Management and Employee Relations Officer
    Responsible for performance management systems and addressing employee relations issues.
