1. Committee Leadership

  • Chairperson of Ethics and Compliance Committee
    • Provides strategic leadership and vision for ethics and compliance.
    • Oversees committee operations and ensures alignment with SayPro’s values.
    • Engages with the SayPro Board on critical ethical and compliance issues.
  • Deputy Chairperson
    • Supports the Chairperson in fulfilling leadership duties.
    • Assumes leadership in the absence of the Chairperson.
    • Coordinates cross-functional collaboration among committee units.

2. Executive Support

  • Committee Secretary
    • Manages all official documentation, meeting agendas, and minutes.
    • Facilitates communication between members and sub-units.
    • Ensures compliance with regulatory filing and reporting requirements.

3. Core Unit Leads and Officers

  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance Officer
    • Provides legal oversight and interpretation of laws and policies.
    • Coordinates compliance with local, regional, and international regulations.
  • Ethics & Integrity Officer
    • Maintains the code of ethics and conduct.
    • Leads efforts in values training, whistleblowing protection, and ethical advisory.
  • Risk & Compliance Officer
    • Conducts risk assessments and audits for internal operations.
    • Manages compliance tracking tools and reporting systems.
  • Investigations and Disciplinary Officer
    • Leads investigations into misconduct and ethical breaches.
    • Coordinates disciplinary processes in line with organizational policy.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
    • Monitors effectiveness of ethics and compliance strategies.
    • Develops reports and metrics for committee performance review.

4. Supporting and Advisory Roles

  • Training & Awareness Specialist
    • Designs and delivers ethics training programs for staff and stakeholders.
    • Promotes ethical awareness and capacity building across SayPro.
  • External Liaison and Stakeholder Engagement Officer
    • Engages with external regulatory bodies, legal advisors, and civil society.
    • Represents SayPro in ethics and compliance forums or partnerships.
  • Administrative Assistant
    • Provides logistical and clerical support.
    • Organizes meetings, documentation, and filing systems.
