    • Manages all official documentation, meeting agendas, and minutes.
    • Facilitates communication between members and sub-units.
    • Ensures compliance with regulatory filing and reporting requirements.

3. Core Unit Leads and Officers

  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance Officer
    • Provides legal oversight and interpretation of laws and policies.
    • Coordinates compliance with local, regional, and international regulations.
  • Ethics & Integrity Officer
    • Maintains the code of ethics and conduct.
    • Leads efforts in values training, whistleblowing protection, and ethical advisory.
  • Risk & Compliance Officer
    • Conducts risk assessments and audits for internal operations.
    • Manages compliance tracking tools and reporting systems.
  • Investigations and Disciplinary Officer
    • Leads investigations into misconduct and ethical breaches.
    • Coordinates disciplinary processes in line with organizational policy.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
    • Monitors effectiveness of ethics and compliance strategies.
