- Chairperson of Ethics and Compliance Committee
- Provides strategic leadership and vision for ethics and compliance.
- Oversees committee operations and ensures alignment with SayPro’s values.
- Engages with the SayPro Board on critical ethical and compliance issues.
- Deputy Chairperson
- Supports the Chairperson in fulfilling leadership duties.
- Assumes leadership in the absence of the Chairperson.
- Coordinates cross-functional collaboration among committee units.
2. Executive Support
- Committee Secretary
- Manages all official documentation, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Facilitates communication between members and sub-units.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory filing and reporting requirements.
3. Core Unit Leads and Officers
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance Officer
- Provides legal oversight and interpretation of laws and policies.
- Coordinates compliance with local, regional, and international regulations.
- Ethics & Integrity Officer
- Maintains the code of ethics and conduct.
- Leads efforts in values training, whistleblowing protection, and ethical advisory.
- Risk & Compliance Officer
- Conducts risk assessments and audits for internal operations.
- Manages compliance tracking tools and reporting systems.
- Investigations and Disciplinary Officer
- Leads investigations into misconduct and ethical breaches.
- Coordinates disciplinary processes in line with organizational policy.
- Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
- Monitors effectiveness of ethics and compliance strategies.
