Rename SayPro Category to SayPro XX Products

To rename the “Uncategorized” product category in WooCommerce to “SayPro XX Products”, follow these steps:
✅ Steps to Rename the “Uncategorized” Category in WooCommerce
1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard
2. Go to:
Products > Categories
3. Locate the “Uncategorized” Category
- The Uncategorized category is the default product category in WooCommerce if no other category is assigned.
- You will see it listed as Uncategorized in the product categories list.
4. Edit the “Uncategorized” Category
- Hover over “Uncategorized” and click Edit.
5. Change the Category Name
- Name: Change it to “SayPro XX Products” (or whatever name you prefer).
- Slug: Optionally, change the slug to something like
saypro-xx-products(it’s best to use lowercase and hyphens).- Example:

- Click the Update button to save the changes.
✅ Set a New Default Product Category (If Needed)
If you’d like to set a different category as the default (because “Uncategorized” is the default WooCommerce category), follow these steps:

2. Set a New Default Product Category
- Under the Products tab, select Inventory.
- Scroll down to Default Product Category and choose the new category you want as the default (e.g., “SayPro XX Products”).

💡 This is useful if you want new products to be assigned to this category by default.
