One of the most critical documents is the Analytics Reports from SayPro’s Video Platform. These reports provide the foundational data needed to understand how SayPro’s video content is performing across key metrics and audiences.

Purpose of the Analytics Reports:

The analytics reports will be used to:

  • Assess viewer engagement with corporate videos.
  • Identify content performance trends across platforms.
  • Understand audience demographics, behavior, and preferences.
  • Generate insights for content refinement and marketing alignment.

Required Analytics Report Details:

Each employee must extract and compile the following data from SayPro’s video platforms (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook Video, LinkedIn Video, or SayPro’s proprietary video hub):

  1. Video Performance Metrics:
    • Total views per video
    • Average watch duration
    • Completion rate (% of viewers who watched the full video)
    • Viewer drop-off points (timestamps where viewers exit)
    • Click-through rates (CTR) for linked content or CTAs
  2. Audience Engagement Metrics:
    • Number of likes, shares, comments
    • Interaction rates per video
    • Engagement spikes (moments of high comment or share activity)
  3. Demographic Breakdown:
    • Viewer age ranges
    • Gender distribution
    • Geographic location (country, city)
    • Language preferences
  4. Device and Access Channel Data:
    • Devices used (mobile, desktop, tablet)
    • Operating system/platform (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.)
    • Traffic sources (organic search, direct, referral, social media)
  5. Behavioral Data:
    • New vs. returning viewers
    • Viewing times (time of day, day of the week)
