To visually organize and present the employee document requirements in SayPro offices to ensure accessibility, transparency, and brand consistency. The display serves as an HR touchpoint and an internal marketing element reinforcing professionalism, compliance, and SayPro’s values.
Design Concepts:
1. Clear Categorization with Color Codes
Each category of documents will be displayed in color-coded sections:
- Green: Identification & Personal Info
- Blue: Financial & Banking
- Orange: Qualifications & Work History
- Red: Internal Forms & Compliance
- Grey: Health & Wellness
2. Modular Wall Display Units
- Magnetic, glass-covered panels for updating information
- Acrylic folders for paper handouts and forms
- QR Codes embedded for digital access and uploading via SayPro HR Portal
3. Branded Visuals
- Use SayProโs brand colors: Deep Navy, Vibrant Teal, and Soft Grey
- Typography: Clean sans-serif fonts (Montserrat or Open Sans)
- Consistent use of SayPro logo, slogan, and compliance tagline: โPeople. Purpose. Process.โ
