    • Manage and optimize paid search, display advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing channels to increase visibility and engagement.

    3. Budget & Resource Allocation:

    • Utilize market insights to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

    6. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

    • Regularly report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make recommendations for optimization.
    • Prepare quarterly marketing performance reports and present findings to key stakeholders.

    7. Brand Growth & Royalty SCMR Marketing:

    • Support SayProโ€™s growth by ensuring consistency across all marketing communications and strengthening the companyโ€™s market presence.
    • Work with the brand and marketing teams to manage the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR, ensuring it aligns with the brandโ€™s long-term vision and market positioning.
    • Participate in creating long-term plans for indoor and outdoor lighting campaigns by SayPro, ensuring that marketing strategies enhance product visibility and drive sales.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing, preferably in an advertising or marketing management role.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, analytics, etc.).
    • Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
    • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media insights, etc.).
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
