Managing SayPro’s online WooCommerce products stock effectively involves several steps and best practices to ensure inventory accuracy, prevent overselling, and optimize customer satisfaction. Here’s a comprehensive guide:
1. Enable Stock Management in WooCommerce
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory.
- Enable Manage Stock.
- Set notifications for low or out-of-stock items:
- Low stock threshold.
- Out of stock threshold.
- Notification recipients.
2. Add Stock Levels for Products
For Simple Products:
- Go to Products > All Products.
- Edit the desired product.
- In the Inventory tab:
- Enable Manage Stock? checkbox.
