Please review all Practitioners and Specialists that they are qualified and experienced for the work they do.
Also, review if whether they have complied with the legislation governing the industry they operate in
Please attend to this within 7 working days.
For future reference, ensure that within 7 days, all practitioners present the following
1. CV that provides sufficient/enough experience and traceable references in line with the trade or program
2. Qualifications obtained before the year of starting experience. For example, if he qualified in 2020, the experience should be from 2021 to 2024. Qualification must match the training or service they are offering/consulting/freelancing at SayPro
3. Operating Certificate from the Body: For example, if it is an accountant, it should be from SAIPA, nurses from SAHPA, doctors from SAMC, and public relations from PRA
4. Trade licenses such as Drivers License, Assessors License, Moderator License and ECSA, SAP, and others
5. For existing staff members to remain, they must have complied with the SayPro Human Capital Mapping, Trade Licenses Conditions, SayPro Policies, and National and International Policies governing the trade or service.
