  • SayPro352: SayPro Neftaly Malatjie Procedure to implement Human Capital Mapping Activities

    To the Chairperson of SayPro, Mr Clifford Legodi, his Committee, and all SayPro Royal Chiefs

    This is to inform you that as of today

    All Chiefs are supposed to do the following:

    1. Change each staff member to have a title as per the office.

    2. All staff members’ titles must match the titles as per the offices

    3. All contracts must be changed to match the title in human capital. All contracts must be approved by me

    4. Ensure that each staff member signs the contract within 5 days of them appointed. Hand over the fully signed contract within 5 days after receiving it. The contract must be saved in the SayPro Human Capital File.

    5. SayPro Royal Committee must approve the appointment. It must be approved and signed. The same procedure applies for replacements and future appointments.

    6. Each human capital must register on SayPro.

    7. Each human capital must attend the training as listed on their office.

    Ensure that you keep attendance registers as monthly you will have to present attendance registers to the SayPro Chief Human Capital Officer for all the trainings you have conducted.

    1. Every month, each SayPro Royal Chief will have to present signed attendance registers for staff attending training

    2. Enroll people on SayPro to ensure that you keep a copy of the invoice

    3. All training must be supported by the certificate as issued by SayPro

    4. SayPro Chancellor must ensure that he or she has marked all assignments. He or she must provide the SayPro Statement of Results

    We will need the following from you monthly.

    1. Attendance Register

    2. Invoice for each registration

    3. Competency Certificate as issued by SayPro

    4. Statement of Result from SayPro Chancellor

    To the Chairperson of SayPro, SayPro Royal Committee, and all SayPro Royal Chiefs

    This is to inform you that all Nurses, Social Workers, Doctors, Accountants, Lecturers, Assessors, moderators, and Facilitators must be qualified, experienced, and licensed to operate in the field of work they do.

    Please review all Practitioners and Specialists that they are qualified and experienced for the work they do.

    Also, review if whether they have complied with the legislation governing the industry they operate in

    Please attend to this within 7 working days.

    For future reference, ensure that within 7 days, all practitioners present the following

    1. CV that provides sufficient/enough experience and traceable references in line with the trade or program

    2. Qualifications obtained before the year of starting experience. For example, if he qualified in 2020, the experience should be from 2021 to 2024. Qualification must match the training or service they are offering/consulting/freelancing at SayPro

    3. Operating Certificate from the Body: For example, if it is an accountant, it should be from SAIPA, nurses from SAHPA, doctors from SAMC, and public relations from PRA

    4. Trade licenses such as Drivers License, Assessors License, Moderator License and ECSA, SAP, and others

    5. For existing staff members to remain, they must have complied with the SayPro Human Capital Mapping, Trade Licenses Conditions, SayPro Policies, and National and International Policies governing the trade or service.

    6. Ensure that during performance review, you look
