In 2018 November at Randburg when I launched Lekgotla la ME Committee. I have confirmed that meetings must be held where Lekgotla la ME Board Committee previously chaired by Mr. Nkhumeleni Ndou that after each meeting I need official handover and to receive my confirmation after receiving meshomo.
It is now 7 years later I am struggling to get meshomo after they have been submitted.
- Is Lekgotla la ME Committee existing?
- Why am I not receiving meshomo?
- Do I still have Lekgotla la ME Committee?
- Why are no new Lekgotla la ME Members on board if we do not have Lekgotla la ME?
- Does Lekgotla la ME have a Chairperson?
- What is going on?
Chief Monitoring Officer are you still monitoring that people are compliant with submission of Meshomo?
Chief Operations Officer are you compliant with submission of Meshomo?
As from tomorrow 10 September 2024. Immediately the meeting is done. The file must be handed over immediately without any delay.
All request to postpone submissions must be approved by me 10 days before the submission or presentation of meshomo deadline.
Chief Operations Officer ensure that you submit to Meshomo Checklist as per my requirements.

- A cover letter confirming how training will be delivered.

SayPro251: Response to Chief Development Officer on whether Education Related submissions should be sent by Education or Development
This is to inform you that you have the responsibility to report as per circular SayPro176 all the reports and supporting evidence relating to the clients which were serviced by your office.
Education office has the responsibility to provide you with evidence such as certificates, statement of results, and any supporting evidence relating to trainings provided for your clients.
All reports you will hand over to me must be supported by all the evidence required as per circular above.
You do not have the responsibility to report on education as the office is a stand-alone.

This report should be sent by Netshiozwe to Legodi, who will request Rikhotso to verify and advise.
