    SayPro Research Confidentiality Agreement

    This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between SayPro (“Company”) and the undersigned employee (“Employee”).

    Purpose:
    The Employee acknowledges that during the course of their engagement with SayPro, they will have access to confidential and proprietary information related to SayProโ€™s research activities, methodologies, data, reports, and other sensitive materials (“Confidential Information”).

    Agreement:

    1. Confidentiality Obligation:
      The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information and not to disclose, share, publish, or otherwise make available such information to any third party without prior written consent from SayPro.
    2. Use of Confidential Information:
      The Employee agrees to use the Confidential Information solely for the purposes of their work with SayPro and for no other purpose.
    3. Return of Materials:
      Upon termination of employment or upon request by SayPro, the Employee agrees to promptly return all materials containing Confidential Information.
    4. Duration:
      The obligations of confidentiality shall continue during the term of employment and for a period of [specify period, e.g., two years] after termination of employment.
    5. Breach:
      The Employee understands that breach of this Agreement may result in disciplinary action, including termination, and potential legal consequences.

    Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with medical coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT) and research databases.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
