This is to inform Mr. Malatjie that in order to maintain standardisation and transparency it is necessary to one account for each royalty to communicate information and manage work.
For privacy reasons and POPI the staff members can still have their porsonal accounts but also be joined to one group that will give everyone in that respective royalty access.
