This is to inform you that I have decided to launch an internal Learnership for 10 clients who have participated successfully and have shown volunteering commitment at SayPro.
As a pilot we will start with 1 Learnership and in future we will add more.
Please do the following for me:
1. SayPro Chief Development Officer to create an Advert for the SayPro Systems Development Officer
2. SayPro Chief Development Officer to refer to SayPro052 and SayPro035 and act accordingly
3. SayPro Chief Education Officer to create the Course in line with SayPro MICT SETA Accreditation
4. SayPro Chief Education Officer to register the learners with MICT SETA
5. SayPro Chief Education to present the Folder here where all supporting evidence will be saved
6. SayPro Chief Education Officer to Present the Implementation Plan with timelines and milestones by 20 August 2024 to Lekgotla la ME Committee
7. SayPro Chief Education Officer to allocate 2 Facilitators for the Programme
8. Training must commence 1 September 2024 for 12 Months
9. Stipend should be R1500 per month cost to Diepsloot Youth Project

1. CV
2. ID
3. N4, N5 and N6 Certificates
4. 2X Contracts and Annexure Letter (Handover 1 signed copy to the Intern and 1 Copy must be saved)
5. SARS Tax Number Letter
6. Bank Confirmation Letter (Downloaded from the Intern Bank)
7. Letter from the TVET College
8. Requirements from MICT SETA
Step 2: Capture them on Payroll
1. SayPro Chief Financial Officer or SayPro Chief Human Resource Officer to capture all Interns on SayPro Payroll System
2. SayPro Chief Financial Officer to add and link them to the Bank
Step 3: Folder
1. SayPro Chief Development Officer Save all the files under Chief Development Folder
2. Create a folders as follows
Folder 1: SayPro Current Employees
Folders should be named as First Name Middle Name and Surname
Example Neftaly Vutisani Malatjie
Folder 2: SayPro Past Employees
Folders should be named as First Name Middle Name and Surname
Example Neftaly Vutisani Malatjie
Folder 3: SayPro Applicants CVs
Folder 4: SayPro Clients Files
