This is to inform you that the UIF system is now back online for monthly submission for all employees under DYP and SayPro.
You are requested to submit all employees as per the last date of submission on UIf. This should be done on the same date that payslips are issued every month.
Refer to SayPro staff on procedure to submit and manage the UIF submissions.
Finance and Human Capital refer to your calendars as I have already added these.
Also, fix for T Shidi before 20 October 2024.

SayPro333: SayPro Herbet Shungube Update on MICT SETA Verification

Verification – Rescheduled to 25th January 2025
I am writing to inform you that the MICT SETA verification, initially scheduled for today, has been postponed to the 25th of January 2025. This rescheduling was due to the absence of the moderator, who did not join the meeting as planned.
We will ensure that all necessary preparations are reviewed and that our documentation is fully updated ahead of the new verification date.
Please let us know if there are any further instructions or areas we should focus on for the rescheduled meeting in recruiting a new moderator.

On the reason why the moderator didn’t attend the session it is because he didn’t receive his remuneration and he wants nothing to do with us until he is being paid and even after he was called multiple times he refused to join us.

Please note that due to our daily job activities,it is a challenge for people to attend classes for the ICT Advanced Skills as scheduled.
I was asking for at least on Saturdays we should attend and complete some of the remaining modules for the course so that we finish and wrap up everything on recorded time as per agreement.
I know that some of our colleagues are unable to access nor have internet or computers at home hence I plead and request that the office should be opened on Saturday from 9:00 am till 12:00pm.

I have recommended that SayPro Chief Operations Officer Legodi select the SayPro Chief Financial Officer, SayPro Finance Staff, and some from the SayPro Royal Committee and SayPro Finance Committee for the training to start in January.
In doing so, I would love you to be the facilitator of this program so that you can learn how it is done.
It will take you 2 hours, 3 days per week. It can be done after hours to allow you to do business from your side.
