This is to inform you of Quarter 2 of 2024 or 1 July 2024. The following applies:
1. To request SayPro Course enrolment for staff, Sit with your royalty team. This includes the Chief, Manager, and Officers. There is no need to sit with Lekgotla
1.1. Attendance Register
1.2. Minutes of the meeting showing that you need to host training
1.3. A cover letter requests your staff to attend the training. Indicate a list of people to attend, list the funder, and add the cost of the project
The subject should be RFT [Training Name]
2. Submit the request to Lekgotla la ME Committee Teams, indicating the link to the file. The files must be saved in the minutes folder.
3. The Royalty Committee and your royalty team must approve, including the Chief, Manager, and Officers. The Chief Education Officer, Manager, and Officer must approve if another Royalty, not Education, requests the e-program
4. The Chief Operations Officer and Chief Monitoring Officer must also approve
5. The Chief Marketing Officer or the Office must enroll the clients/staff on SayPro. Marketing Royalty does not have permission to enrol without the likes of all team members. This means that the Chief, Manager and Officer must approve it before purchasing the order or product. The 5 likes will confirm that it has been approved.
6. The Chief Marketing Officer must communicate through a circular to confirm enrollment.

1. In order to request SayPro Course replacement for staff, sit with your royalty team. This includes Chief, Manager, Officers. There is no need to sit with Lekgotla

1.2. Minutes of the meeting showing who dropped out
1.3. Cover letter, which is a request for you to replace clients to attend the training. Indicate a list of people who dropped out and who will replace them
Subject should be Replacement Request for RFT [Training Name]
2. Submit the request to Lekgotla la ME Comittee Teams, indicating the link to the file. The files must be saved in the minutes folder.
3. Royalty Committee and your royalty team must approve, including Chief, Manager, and Officers. Chief Education Officer, Manager, and Officer must approve if the program is requested by another Royalty, not Education
4. Chief Operations Officer and Chief Monitoring Officer must also approve
5. Chief Marketing Officer, as per 6 below must cancel the Order or enrolment for previous clients to Pending Payment. Save a screenshot that shows the person has been replaced. As per 6 he must attach 1. the canceled client order, and 2. New Client order
6. Chief Marketing Officer or the Office must enroll the clients/staff on SayPro. Marketing Royalty does not have permission to enroll without the likes from all team members.
7. Chief Marketing Officer must communicate through a circular to confirm enrollment.

This is to inform you that as from Quarter 2 of 2024 or 1 July 2024. The following applies regarding course management
1. Refer to SayPro290 and SayPro291 and previous circular.
2. All Courses are completed on SayPro including all activities. No Course related activities can be done outside SayPro. Should they it is not allowed
3. Chief Marketing Officer must ensure that clients are added per the ENTERPRISE. All clients paid for by the Client Company or Organisation must be linked directly to the Client.
4. If Clients are funded an example by the Department of Social Development under Diepsloot Youth Project. You need to link them under the Department of Social Development.
5. For external clients it must be mandatory that they pay. Otherwise, a supporting contract need to be visible and presented. A report will need to be presented under the client. An example DYP Gauteng Department of Social Development 2024 Q2.
6. If the training is done under an order or short course, then the following reference must be applied. An example is DYP Gauteng Department of Social Development 2024 Q2 Microsoft Excel 20241003-05 this needs to be consistent.
7. If the student has failed to complete the course due to reasons beyond SayPro. He or she must complete the POE at home or otherwise be declared as incompetent or has dropped out. This must be declared to the Client.

This is to confirm that if SayPro290, 291 and 293, and others have applied.
1. All Royalties must create a training course for all discussions to be held. Refer to the training course under each royalty. Ensure that you push education to create the course before the training.
2. Each staff member or client must create their own order through the link provided by the facilitator or Royalty.
3. Here is the condition for every order SayPro creates records of who created the order and who approved the order. If the order was created by the same person and approved by the same person. It is not allowed for the same person to create and approve
4. The person who created the order must be unique from the person who approved the order.

This is to confirm that the Chief Education Royalty and Chief Development Royalty are required to submit to the Royal Committee as per SayPro Human Capital Mapping. All activities must be added and implemented with or without budget. If you can’t, a request must be made to the Royal Committee and must be approved by me.
1. 5 Years Targets and Report to be presented every 5 years starting from the year with 6 to 10 and 1 to 5 before the end of the year 5 and year 10. This means that they must set Targets for 2026 – 2030 and 2021 – 2025 until the financial year end. They must present how far towards the 5 year targets
2. Yearly Targets and Report against the 5 Year Targets. They must contribute towards the 5 target. These must be presented in March each year
3. Quarterly Performance Targets and Reports. Targets must be set by the last month of the previous quarter
4. All targets must be presented before the year end or quarter end or month end.
5. Requests must be made for underperformance to the Royal Committee to extend or carry over officially, and I must approve. Also, on overperformance.
6. The Royal Committee Procedure must be followed for this.
7. Should there be additional projects or activities after the targets have been set. The request must be done to the Royal Committee for my approval.

This is to inform you regarding the Royal Committee is a respected Committee, and it deserves all the respect as it can.
1. The secretary will do media interviews, videos, and communication with external inquiries. The request must be approved by me after the Royal Committee approval. The secretary has access to ask me should there be any queries or clarity seeking questions. I do have the right to follow up and request information from the secretary through the monitoring and evaluation chief. No interviews without my permission. SayPro Royal Chairperson will also be doing media. Refer to SayPro staff calendar of events.
2. Should any employee from Clients and Partners wants to meet the Royal Committee. They must do so in writing, and the request must be approved by me before the Royal Committee can respond to the enquires in writing
3. All staff and clients in Programmmes and Services have full access to the Royal Committee without permission request or appointment. Royal Committee will listen to them and attend to their queries immediately.
4. When there are visitors to the location where the Royal Committee is. You are not allowed to introduce the Royal Committee
5. External people such as donors, funders, sponsors, and paying clients like employees working for governments, other businesses, and organisations. Are not allowed to communicate with the Royal Committee. This is to ensure that the Royal Committee is fully respected.
6. You all pray to God. All praises go to him alone. Avoid praising people, donors, and funders. God is above all of them. Praise him all the time. Not people or companies or their money.
7. Should people travel anywhere or attend to anything without my approval or permission on the above? They shall be dismissed with immediate effect.

SayPro256: SayPro Neftaly Malatjie request regarding Resting, Leaves and taking a break

This is to remind people that there is 21 Days Annual Leave for those working at the office. Or 1 and half day for rest per month.
The leave must be taken after 6 months of working with SayPro.
Record keeping should be done for those working at the offices. For those at home. It is not compulsory.
Those who will be working at night are entitled to resting during the day.
If you were working until midnight, you are allowed to sleep during the day. To ensure a rested body.
You may also opt to not go go to the office.
Those with tight deadlines are required to work even at night to meet the deadlines. They will replace those days after meeting their deadlines.
Those who will be working until midnight can start their day early or late or whichever works to ensure that they have enough time to rest.
Ensure that the SayPro Human Capital Policy references the information as per my circular..
Everyone must take a break except interns.
