1. The SayPro Royal Chief must sit with the Royal Office Manager and SayPro Royal Office Officers and approve the mandate. People must not be forced to approve. They must have the freedom to approve.
2. The SayPro Royal Chief must submit with the SayPro Royal Manager and SayPro Royal Officers present to the SayPro Royal Committee. They must confirm that they are aware. Files must be handed over with a link.
3. SayPro Royal Committee must approve and write their approval cover letter and resolutions and hand over to Neftaly Malatjie for approval.

Should SayPro Royal Chiefs face challenges with regards to receiving SayProReports and SayProWorks
They must issue written disciplinary warning to the human capital who are non-compliant.
All SayPro Royal Chiefs must note the following:
1. All daily activities must be reported by the SayPro Royal Office Specialist on SayPro Corporation by each staff member. SayPro Specialists must also tag their official on the link. SayPro Officials must also ensure that they keep record of daily activities and monitor each Royal Spcialist.
2. SayPro Royal Office Officers must report weekly activities to their Royal Office Manager
3. SayPro Royal Office Managers must report to the SayPro Royal Senior Manager on a monthly basis
4. SayPro Royal Senior Managers must report monthly to SayPro Royal Chief
5. SayPro Royal Chief must report to the SayPro Royal Committee every quarter and annually
6. SayPro Royal Committee must report to Neftaly Malatjie Quarterly as per the SayPro Calendar of Events.
