Ntshuxeko saw a message that Netshiozwe is leaving SayPro. She called Netshiozwe to ask why she did not inform them that she was leaving. Xihangu sent Netshiozwe a screenshot that confirms the Circular sent by SayPro Chairperson Mr Legodi. The message was sent to Netshiozwe on WhatsApp

Netshiozwe then called Rikhotso, who confirmed that the message did not mean she entirely stepped down from the company but stepped down as a Project Manager for Internships. Legodi declined that his Circular for Netshiozwe to step down was for her to step down entirely, not from a Project. These statements contradict each other. Rikhotso will confirm this statement on why she contradicted the statement

Netshiozwe confirmed that she received an update from Kamo and Xihangu [to confirm how] that Malebe and Ralepelle were so happy that Netshiozwe would step down. PAYMENT TO BE PAID

Netshiozwe asked If there was something that she was not doing.

Netshiozwe asked What is her guilt?

Netshiozwe asked Why the SayPro Royal Committee discussed her and did not want her to find out.

Netshiozwe complained about the deduction of R1500. She asked why she was charged this amount. She also asked why the SayPro Chief Marketing Officer did not charge her this amount because they also have background noise. Why was she charged the deduction of R1 500? She also asked why does the SayPro Chief Marketing Officer not charged the R1 500 because they also have background noises? MINUTES OF LEGODI DECIPLINING NKIWANE

DATE:  TIME: Netshiozwe did not confirm the time to Nkiwane.

Radebe:  Every time we have a class, how often does she have to address background noise?

Legodi: How many times does he have to address the noise?

Netshiozwe asked why Ralepelle and Malebe always remained back in the office. She confirmed that it seems like Netshiozwe and Ralepelle have formed a scheme. She confirmed that at 5 pm, people must go home. No one should stay at the office. [Is this a Procedure Recommendation] CIRCULAR089

Netshiozwe reported a case against the R3 000 that Ralepelle had demanded from a client named Sandra. Please look at Circular 392 on Sandra. Then Ralepelle enquired from Netshiozwe why Netshiozwe reported the case to the SayPro Royal Committee instead of them both [Netshiozwe and Ralepelle] discussing it first. Netshiozwe confirmed that it is because Netshiozwe and Ralepelle are not working together, so she saw it necessary to report the case to the SayPro Royal Committee instead of discussing it internally.

Netshiozwe confirmed that they [Netshiozwe and Ralepelle] are not working together

SayPro Royal Committee must confirm what happens to Circular 392.

Ralepelle asked why they did not discuss the issue with the two of them together.

Netshiozwe expressed that the letter did not explain the issue and why she was asked to step down. Legodi to explain

Neftaly enquired about the Leave if Netshiozwe requested it and confirmed the SayPro Royal Committee. Who approved the leave?

Netshiozwe expressed that she and Ralepelle are not working together.

According to the SayPro Royal Committee message, Netshiozwe confirmed that Sandra (the complaining client) will come on Thursday. She confirmed that Sandra said she would come when she could. Neftaly Malatjie is concerned about the Procedure Malebe followed to communicate with Netshiozwe. Also, the complaint from Netshiozwe was an appeal.

Sandra came to raise her concern and spoke to Tumelo and [Netshiozwe to confirm]. Then Kamo invited Netshiozwe, and they discussed the matter at the Reception. Xihangu was sitting at her desk.

Mary asked me to come to the SayPro Royal Committee [Did Netshiozwe go] refer to the Circular ?? [Malebel did not add the Reference Number]

Netshiozwe presented the feedback and Malebe responded according to Circular [??]

Netshiozwe Mputla spoke about meetings. The day before Yesterday we held a meeting about the presentation of Finance.  Why when he has an issue he raised the issue?

Presented irrelevant information [Confirm], and he also expressed concerns about her behaviour. Mputla apologised to Netshiozwe.

Netshiozwe asked Mputla: What is Mr Mputla’s issues with her? [Mputla to Respond]

    • No Problem

Netshiozwe asked: What is Ms Malebe’s issue with her? [Malebe to Respond]

    • No Problem, disrespect.

Netshiozwe confirmed that the issue is her not having the systems development disturbed by the DSD/MICT Visit.

Netshiozwe asked Why do they [SayPro Royal Committee] hide with me?

Why are they [SayPro Royal Committee] addressing them with me if they need to press and discuss other issues? Royal Committee. When Netshiozwe there was a parade. Xihangu to confirm and they went to Ralepelle was the one who asked for R3 000. Ms Rikhotso. The matter is for 2018. She requested if she was part of 2018.

  • SayPro407: Verdict regarding Case 401

Judgement from Treasurer Mamabolo has decided that Netshiowe and Ralepelle to forgive each other. Netshiozwe to be given a chance.

Judgement from Treasurer Ndlou as the Board we have failed Netshiozwe. We chased her away. As from today. Please forgive us. Bring your Problems and We will also bring ours. We must work together and love each other.

Judgement from Non-Executive Magoro. We are praying for peace. As from today let it be the first and the last time to discuss about this. This is the home of love and peace. Thank you.

Judgement from Non-Executive Medupe. I am asking for forgiveness =. I am asking for peace and love between the two of you. May the spirit of Satan leave you. Thank you.

Judgement from Rikhotso. For Lekgotla when a child comes to you and you do not listen. A child will end up not taking you serious. What you need to is to work together. Listen to each other. On the Interns I am requesting that when there are discussion they must stop going to the corners and discussing the issues. To Ralepelle I know you as a right person. You must have peace and work with Netshiozwe. Netshiozwe you do not take news. You must avoid going to collect news and gossips from people. This makes you feel like people are judging you. Respect the Board. You are an elder as the Royalty Chief. There may be mistakes from time to time. Address issues so that there is peace. Forgive Netshiozwe Thank you.

    Makano forgive Netshiozwe
    Kamo forgive Netshiozwe
    Makano forgive Netshiozwe
    Phidelia forgive Netshiozwe
    Radebe forgive Netshiozwe
    Mdaka forgive Netshiozwe
    Chuene forgive Netshiozwe
    Motapina forgive Netshiozwe
    Ralepelle forgive Netshiozwe
    Nkiwane forgive Netshiozwe
    Gwangwa forgive Netshiozwe

Judgement from Moshoeshoe. I am requesting on forgiveness on her behalf and the entire Royalty. We must never find them arguing. We are asking for them to have and to work together. Thank you.

Judgement from Victim Netshiozwe: The first thing is on my side and other peoples side. I do not feel that I am satisfied with what I have brought. I will leave the matter as it is. I admit my mistakes.

    1. I am not listening
    2. I am not doing what I have been asked to do. I am always sitting the whole day. I fold my hands.
    3. I do not deliver as they have requested.
    4. I am not following instructions.
    5. I am not greeting when I get into the office.
    6. I do not submit my things on time.
    7. I am not following the law
    8. I have to admit that many laws binds me.
    9. When I have a cry I will swallow.
    10. I am not working together with Ralepelle.

Judgement from Malebe. I have conditions on my judgement. She is the one who raised the concerns. She has to say on everything that she has raised. Does she see herself as guilty or not. There are deadlines and things to be submitted so I cannot take the decision. She must be forgiven. She said this because she just responds. I ama not happy with her decision.

Judgement from Mputla: She must be forgiven. She welcomed very well. When the home grow the more the problems grow. Netshiozwe was okay but then later she changed. People have left. Kids have graduated because of them. Our beliefs are not the same.

Judgement from Legodi: When you invite me to attend to the meeting from what I have asked Netshiozwe. What do I have to forgive when the person I am blame or the person I am convicting does not take the guilt. There can not be any forgiveness for Ms Netshiozwe and as never realised.

  • SayPro419: SayPro Neftaly Malatjie Report back on the SayPro Legal Liability Training Course 557894

To the Chairperson of SayPro, Mr. Clifford Legodi, all SayPro Royal Committee and all SayPro Royal Chiefs

This is to report that I have conducted the training Programme and 22 Officials attended my training.

The training went well. We could not enrol people due to issues on SayPro. However, SayPro Education Royalty will finalise the assignments and provide certificates.

Talent -The training was so informative, but it would have been ideal if it had been done face-to-face. For me, it means that we as an organisation have to be more aware. Thank you so much.

Azwifaneli, Thank you very much. The training was highly informative, well-structured, and easy to understand. I truly appreciate the effort you have made to deliver such a valuable session.

    Please receive feedback below:

Azwifaneli:  Training has a lot of information. The time allocated was too short and too much to digest.

Fatuwani: We are proud of SayPro’s time management, punctuality and time management. You started on time.

Fatuwani: As you were busy facilitating, we were inspecting ourselves. We will get the distinction in terms of OHS Compliance.

Fatuwani: The Facilitator gave valuable information without leaving a stone unturned.

Fatuwai: Thank you for coming without sending bodyguards. As PSIRA, we are grateful.

Puluko Nkiwane: On my side, I have noticed that it is essential for the company and individuals to understand and know the policies. If you are working in a department, you need to understand the department and its policies in order for you to do your work. If you are in OHS, it is important to know the Health and Safety Policy, and also, if there is non-compliance, you can know. You need to understand the Policies.

Dorah Radebe: I learnt a lot about legal laws. I am studying a course with laws, and I understand that there are laws not mentioned in my course. The training was an eye-opener. If I can attend a course that speaks about laws, it will be useful.

Regaugetswe Netshiozwe: The training was real. The training was conducted perfectly, and everything was broken down perfectly. I enjoyed the training. When it comes to law, you need to pay attention to detail. If you do not comply, you will be in trouble.

Patricia Tsebe: The training was not for PSIRA, and we were included. If the issues are faced by PSIRA, the same issues can be faced directly here at SayPro. If there are obligations as PSIRA and SayPro, we are compliant. On Robery, if there is a query, we won’t want to go to the CEO, not to the employee.

Nancy Mdaka: On my side, I was impressed by the people we were training. The people we trained are normally executives. We only see these kind of people when we go to meet them and to present for funding. As indivudlas and leaderships we need to protect the image of the company. If there is something wrong. As the leader I will be responsible. It is important for the leaders to look at the people downways and to protect the image of the company. Leaders and Executives must also comply with the legislation.

Mary Malebe: I have learnt that the law must be followed and we need to ensure that we follow the procedure.

The training provided was as follows:

    Date: 25 November 2024

    Time: 09:00 – 15:00

    Link: https://en.saypro.online/saypro-courses/saypro-legal-liability-training-course-557894/

Radebe: Collect feedback from the Human Capital who attended this training.

    Send the following to PSIRA

    • Attendance Register
    • Certificate of Attendance
