This circular serves to confirm that when we submit applications for projects and when we sign contracts with partners and clients.
I, Neftaly Malatjie, have declared that I will abide by the following:
1. I will and I provide qualified, experienced, and capable SayPro Human Capital who will perform to their level best.
2. I will, and I promise to abide by all conditions, terms, and laws as specified by the contracts.
3. I put my life and reputation at risk to ensure adherence to specifications and services I abide to provide
Please note that each contract has terms and conditions. It is important to abide by it.
Any SayPro Human Capital that has been found to contravene, non-comply, or unable to report on Progress to SayPro Royal Committee.
He or she must be removed from the project and from SayPro immediately.
I Neftaly Malatjie I will not step in to assist or do damage control on situations that we were warned at the beginning during the signing of Agreements and Service Level Agreements.

6. Minutes of the Meeting and Attendance Register 3 Months for the Board
7. Daily Meals
8. Claim Forms, Requisitions, and Invoices at least 5 ensure that it is in line with the contract
9. Daily Meals List
10. Asset Register
11. Quarterly Payroll
