Collaboration with Content Developers

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaboration with Content Developers:
    • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to create and refine high-quality training content that aligns with both industry demands and learner needs.
    • Ensure that all content is learner-centric, accessible, and designed to enhance the overall educational experience.
  2. Training Material Development & Review:
    • Oversee the development and review of training materials to ensure they meet QCTO compliance standards.
    • Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and relevant, reflecting current industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
    • Work with internal teams to refine content, incorporate feedback, and make revisions as necessary.
  3. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that all training materials comply with QCTO guidelines and any other relevant regulatory or accreditation standards.
    • Monitor ongoing training materials for consistency, accuracy, and clarity, ensuring that all content aligns with the overall goals of SayPro’s programs.
  4. Content Upload and Management:
    • Supervise the uploading and organization of training materials on the SayPro website, ensuring that all resources are easily accessible to learners.
    • Maintain an organized and user-friendly content management system (CMS) for seamless access to training materials by both internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Monitoring and Evaluation:
    • Develop and implement mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of the training materials, including learner feedback, assessments, and other performance metrics.
    • Utilize evaluation data to continuously improve content quality, structure, and delivery methods.
  6. Leadership and Team Coordination:
    • Lead and manage the research and content development teams, providing guidance and ensuring optimal collaboration among different departments.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning within the content development team.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies, to align the training materials with the strategic direction of SayPro.
    • Ensure that any updates or changes in industry regulations are reflected promptly in training content.
  8. Professional Development:
    • Stay abreast of developments in the education, training, and industry standards, particularly in areas related to compliance and accreditation.
    • Encourage and support the professional development of team members to ensure the team’s skillsets stay current and relevant.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Education, Research, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in educational content development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of QCTO compliance requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing large-scale content development initiatives.
  • Experience working with instructional technology platforms, content management systems, and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience, particularly in a research or content development setting.
