Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Verification:
- Oversee the compliance of all training content with QCTO guidelines and qualifications frameworks.
- Ensure all training materials meet industry-specific standards and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly review and update content to align with any changes in the regulatory landscape.
- Content Development & Review:
- Lead the creation, editing, and review process for training materials, ensuring they are comprehensive, up-to-date, and engaging.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Develop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of training content.
- Upload and Maintenance of Training Materials:
- Manage the uploading of training content onto the SayPro website, ensuring smooth and timely updates.
- Organize and categorize training materials for ease of access and navigation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the internal teams to align training materials with organizational goals and learning strategies.
- Communicate with external partners, regulatory bodies, and industry experts to ensure the relevance and compliance of training content.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance protocols to monitor the effectiveness of training materials.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure that all training programs maintain high standards and meet learner needs.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit reports on training material development, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Document all processes and ensure proper record-keeping of all materials, changes, and updates.
- Industry Research:
- Stay informed on the latest trends, best practices, and regulatory changes within the industry to ensure the ongoing relevance of the training content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training material development, compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of QCTO compliance standards and qualifications frameworks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with website content management systems is a plus.
