    • Develop continuous training modules focused on the latest e-commerce trends, digital tools, and platforms to ensure employees’ professional growth.
    • Coordinate skill-building workshops, certifications, and mentorship opportunities to enhance the team’s capabilities.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Design performance management frameworks tailored to e-commerce roles, focusing on KPIs such as conversion rates, customer retention, user experience, and project delivery timelines.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and development plans for employees.
