2. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement establishes a partnership between SayPro and Diepsloot Youth Project to facilitate the workplace hosting of learners. The objectives include:
- Providing practical work experience to learners in a corporate environment.
- Enhancing workplace skills, professionalism, and career readiness.
- Ensuring learners gain exposure to business operations and industry practices.
- Supporting South Africa’s skills development and employment initiatives.
- Defining the roles and responsibilities of both parties in hosting the learners.
3. SCOPE OF LEARNER HOSTING

- Ensure learners are trained, mentored, and evaluated during the program.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
- Offer monthly feedback reports on learner performance to Diepsloot Youth Project.
- Adhere to South African labour laws and skills development regulations.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIEPSLOOT YOUTH PROJECT (SENDING ORGANIZATION)
The Sending Organization agrees to:
- Identify and recommend suitable learners for placement.
- Provide learners with pre-placement training and orientation.
- Monitor learners’ well-being and progress throughout the program.
- Serve as a liaison between SayPro and learners in case of disputes or concerns.
- Ensure learners comply with SayPro’s workplace rules and professional conduct standards.
6. LEARNER RESPONSIBILITIES
Learners participating in the workplace program must:
- Adhere to SayPro’s policies and workplace ethics.
- Maintain professional behavior, punctuality, and commitment.
- Actively engage in tasks, mentorship sessions, and evaluations.
- Keep all company information confidential and comply with data protection policies.
- Submit progress reports or performance assessments as required.
7. FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

12. GENERAL PROVISIONS
