Neftaly began his entrepreneurship journey at the early age of 14 as a Social Entrepreneur.

He began his journey as a Library Assistant from 10 years until the age 13. As a Library Assistant Neftaly Malatjie played a major role in performing all Library related activities. Has also earned a Certificate of Excellence in Library Assistant. For the 4 years in the Library Neftaly Malatjie has gained valued insights, knowledge and experience in Management, Leadership and Corporate governance. Imagine at 10 – 13 years Neftaly has so much interaction with the community members and the officials who came to collect the books and those who packs the books within the library.

At the age of 13 and early 14 years he joined an Acting and Theatre Performance School during weekends in Phiri. Soweto, South Africa. During his acting journey he leaned that it is possible to do anything in life. As acting enabled him to do all the roles, present himself as anything and also for him to to display various characters.

Neftaly then started SayPro as a platform for him to practice the lessons learnt at the Acting School. Working with children under 17 years to perfect his skills. Not knowing that this was a journey to build a solution that will be used by everyone.

Neftaly then started the Diepsloot Youth Arts and Culture Project which was officially registered in 2009 when Neftaly Malatjie became 18 years. At Diepsloot Youth Arts and Culture Project Neftaly established Philanthropic Projects such as Afternoon Care Project, Fashion Design, Leadership Development and more projects.

Before founding SayPro, Neftaly Malatjie had already developed a deep understanding of business operations, leadership, and the technology sector. Coming from a background in Early Childhood Education, Health and Manufacturing Industry, he was always driven by the desire to create impactful, meaningful solutions that could make a difference in people’s lives.
