This Learnership Contract (“Contract”) is entered into between:

(Hereinafter referred to as the “Learner”).
3. Purpose of the Learnership
The purpose of this 12-month learnership is to:
- Provide the Learner with structured learning and workplace experience.
- Equip the Learner with knowledge, practical skills, and competencies relevant to their qualification.
- Assist the Learner in completing their theoretical and practical training requirements.
The Learner acknowledges that this learnership:
- Is for a fixed term of 12 months.
- Does not guarantee permanent employment at SayPro after completion.
4. Duration of Learnership
- The learnership will run for 12 months, commencing on [Start Date] and ending on [End Date].
- Any extension beyond this period must be agreed upon in writing.
5. Nature of the Learnership
- The learnership is structured to include both theoretical learning and workplace training.
- The Learner will work under supervision and mentorship.

6. Roles and Responsibilities
Learner Responsibilities
The Learner agrees to:
- Attend and participate in both classroom-based and on-the-job training.

- Follow SayPro’s policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.
- Submit required reports, evaluations, and assignments on time.
- Comply with workplace health, safety, and ethical standards.
Employer Responsibilities
SayPro agrees to:
- Provide structured training, mentorship, and supervision.
- Ensure the Learner gains relevant workplace experience.
- Conduct regular assessments and performance reviews.
- Issue a Learnership Completion Certificate upon successful completion.
7. Working Hours
- The Learner shall work [Specify working hours, e.g., 08:00 – 17:00], Monday to Friday, with a lunch break of [Specify break duration].
- Overtime is not required but may be agreed upon for specific projects.
8. Leave Entitlement
- The Learner is entitled to [Specify number] days of leave over the 12-month period.

9. Termination of Learnership
This Contract may be terminated:

- If the Learner violates company policies or engages in misconduct.
- If the Learner fails to maintain confidentiality or professional behavior.

10. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

- A final assessment will be conducted at the end of the learnership.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Contract shall first be addressed through SayPro’s internal dispute resolution process before any legal action is considered.
13. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by the learnership regulations and labor laws of South Africa.
14. Entire Agreement
This Contract represents the full agreement between SayPro and the Learner. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
