It ensures a structured approach to identifying, securing, and managing diverse opportunities, ranging from employment and training to funding and capacity-building initiatives.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all SayPro departments, partners, stakeholders, and individuals engaging with SayPro’s Human Capital Division. It covers:

  1. Job Opportunities – Recruitment, selection, and placement procedures.

  • Tender Opportunities – Guidelines for bidding and managing tender processes.

  • Funding & Grant Opportunities – Processes for identifying, applying, and managing financial support.
  • Internship & Learnership Opportunities – Criteria, onboarding, and development processes.
  • Masterclasses & Webinars – Planning, facilitation, and participant engagement strategies.
  • Capacity Building & Training – Skills enhancement programs and workshops.

3. Objectives

  • To streamline the identification, application, and implementation of job and developmental opportunities.
  • To ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with legal and industry standards.
  • To maximize SayPro’s impact through structured opportunity management.

4. Key Policies & Procedures

  • Opportunity Identification & Evaluation: A standardized approach to reviewing job postings, funding calls, and training programs.

  • Go to SayPro Dashboard
  • Go to SayPro Jobs Applications
  • Go to SayPro Job Application Forms
  • Create Form and Save in line with the requirements. Ensure that Neftaly Malatjie has approved the form prior

5.1 SayPro Jobs Scrape Management

  1. Go to SayPro Dashboard
  2. Go to SayPro App Research Scrape
  3. Go to SayPro App Research Daily Scrape
  4. Click on Add New
  5. Set the name for this Auto Scape with the Website/URL
  6. Schedule the task to happen Daily
  7. On the Url: Then enter the Website Address/URL
  8. Click on Generate Urls
  9. Select the titles you want to select
  10. on Webpages to Scrape you will see the list of links once you are happy
  11. Then click Continue

4.4 Supposed you made a Mistake with your Scrape do this

  1. Go to SayPro App Research Scrape
  2. Go to SayPRo App Research Daily Scrape
  3. Go to the URL and select the relevant link click Edit
  4. Look at the Post Type and select the correct post type Job/Ad/Post
  5. Click OK
  6. Click Save Auto Scrape
