  • All SayPro employees eligible for internal transfers.
  • Transfers initiated by employees, management, or organizational needs.

4. Types of Transfers

  1. Lateral Transfers: Movement to a similar role at the same level.
  2. Promotional Transfers: Movement to a higher role or position.
  3. Geographical Transfers: Movement to a different office or location.
  4. Temporary Transfers: Movement for a limited period due to project needs.

5.1 Transfer Initiation

  1. Employee-Initiated Transfer:
    • Submit a Transfer Request Form (SayProF495-01).
    • Attach supporting documents such as performance reviews and recommendations.
  2. Management-Initiated Transfer:
    • Managers must complete a Transfer Justification Form (SayProF495-02) outlining the business case.
  3. Organizational Needs Transfer:
    • Transfers initiated due to restructuring, project requirements, or other organizational needs will involve consultation with relevant stakeholders.
