This Internship Contract (“Contract”) is entered into between:

3. Purpose of the Internship
This internship is intended to provide the Intern with practical workplace experience as part of their university degree requirements. The internship is designed to enhance the Intern’s skills and knowledge in their field of study through structured training and mentorship.
The Intern acknowledges that this internship:
- Is unpaid and does not provide any financial compensation.
- Does not guarantee future employment at SayPro upon completion.
4. Duration of Internship
This internship shall be for a fixed term of 12 months, commencing on [Start Date] and ending on [End Date], unless terminated earlier as per the terms of this Contract.
5. Nature of the Internship
- This internship is for learning and training purposes only and does not constitute an employment relationship.
- The Intern will not receive a salary, stipend, or benefits during the internship period.
- The Intern is responsible for their own expenses, including transport, meals, and accommodation.
6. Roles and Responsibilities
Intern Responsibilities
The Intern agrees to:
- Participate fully in the internship program and complete assigned tasks.
- Follow SayPro’s policies and workplace conduct guidelines.
- Submit reports and assessments as required by the internship program.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all assigned duties.
- Adhere to workplace ethics and safety regulations.
Employer Responsibilities
SayPro agrees to:
- Provide structured mentorship and guidance throughout the internship.
- Assign work relevant to the Intern’s field of study.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Issue an internship completion certificate upon successful completion.
7. Working Hours

- Overtime is not required but may be agreed upon for special projects.
8. Leave Entitlement

9. Termination of Internship

12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Contract shall first be addressed through SayPro’s internal dispute resolution process before any legal action is considered.
13. Entire Agreement
This Contract represents the full agreement between SayPro and the Intern. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
14. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by the labor laws and internship regulations of South Africa.
