2. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement establishes a partnership between SayPro and Southern Africa Youth Project to facilitate the hosting of corporate learners. The objectives include:
- Providing practical workplace experience to learners.
- Enhancing career development, workplace skills, and industry exposure.
- Supporting South Africa’s skills development and employment initiatives.
- Defining the roles and responsibilities of both parties in the learner hosting process.
3. SCOPE OF LEARNER HOSTING

4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF SAYPRO (HOST ORGANIZATION)
SayPro agrees to:
- Provide learners with structured workplace learning opportunities.
- Ensure learners receive mentorship and supervision.
- Offer safe and conducive working conditions.
- Provide monthly progress reports to Southern Africa Youth Project.
- Comply with South African labour laws and workplace policies.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF SOUTHERN AFRICA YOUTH PROJECT (SENDING ORGANIZATION)
The Sending Organization agrees to:
- Recruit and recommend suitable learners for placement.
- Prepare learners with pre-placement training.
- Track and monitor learner progress throughout the program.
- Serve as a liaison between learners and SayPro.
- Ensure learners adhere to SayPro’s workplace policies and ethics.
6. LEARNER RESPONSIBILITIES
Learners participating in the workplace hosting program must:
- Follow all SayPro policies and ethical standards.
- Be punctual, professional, and committed.
- Engage actively in assigned tasks, training, and mentorship.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information.
- Submit performance assessments and progress reports when required.
7. FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS
