Invest Your Mind – SayPro Is Here to Help You Grow,” Urges CEO Neftaly Malatjie at Capacity Building Training

Centurion, South Africa – 25 June 2025 – During a dynamic session at the SayPro Capacity Building Training for NPOs, SayPro CEO Neftaly Malatjie delivered a heartfelt and motivational message that challenged participants to shift their mindset and make intentional decisions that lead to personal and organisational growth.

“Invest your mind. SayPro is here — the resources are available. Use them. Watch educational content, not just entertainment. Learn new skills. Read. Grow yourself,” he urged.

He emphasised that while tools like YouTube, SayPro’s online platforms, and free learning content are readily accessible, many young people and NPO leaders are sabotaging their own progress by misusing their time.

“Many of you are stealing your time. You spend hours scrolling through statuses, watching other people live their lives, and then you wonder why nothing changes in yours. You complain, but you’re not creating. You compare, but you’re not learning. If you don’t invest in your own growth, who will?”

Mr. Malatjie called on attendees to become intentional with their time and to stop waiting for external change before taking personal action.

“Start your day with gratitude. Thank God for what you have, then use your energy wisely. Budget your money — but also budget your attention. What you focus on grows. Focus on learning, building, and serving.”

This message resonated deeply with the audience, many of whom lead organisations in under-resourced communities and face daily challenges. The session served as both a wake-up call and a motivational boost, reminding participants that growth begins with mindset — and mindset is a choice.

As part of SayPro’s broader mission to develop capable, ethical, and empowered NPO leaders, sessions like these go beyond technical skills. They build resilience, character, and vision — the inner tools required to sustain social impact.

“Success starts in the mind,” Malatjie concluded. “Feed it with purpose, discipline, and hope — and watch your life change.”
