Key Unit Roles & Responsibilities:

  • SayPro Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO): Overall strategic lead for SayPro’s human capital initiatives under SayProCSHC-6.
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manager: Responsible for sourcing, hiring, and onboarding diverse and skilled talent.
  • Learning & Development Manager: Oversees training programs, capacity building, and professional growth of SayPro staff.
  • HR Operations & Compliance Manager: Manages employee records, contracts, HR policies, and legal compliance.
  • Staff Welfare & Wellbeing Manager: Focuses on mental health, wellness programs, and work-life balance.
  • Performance Management and Evaluation Officer: Tracks staff performance, KPIs, and growth metrics.
  • Organisational Culture & Engagement Officer: Fosters a positive culture, staff retention, and internal communication.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer: Ensures an inclusive, equitable environment in line with SayPro values.
  • Human Capital Innovation Officer: Explores digital HR solutions, systems automation, and innovative practices.
