5. Assessment & Internal Moderation
- Formative and summative assessment processes aligned with QCTO standards
- Internal moderation plan to ensure assessment validity and reliability
- Record-keeping of assessment results and moderation reports
6. Workplace-Based Learning (WBL)
- Partnership agreements with accredited workplaces for practical training
- Logbooks and workplace evidence records for learner monitoring
- Alignment of workplace training with qualification requirements
7. Quality Management System (QMS)
- Policies and procedures for training delivery, assessments, and moderation
- Continuous improvement mechanisms (feedback collection, reviews, audits)

- Submission of learner achievements to QCTO for certification
