To bring together all feedback collected from surveys and interviews into a centralized dataset and analyze it for patterns, themes, and actionable insights. This will inform the refinement of future SayPro training programs.

Steps for Analysis

1. Data Consolidation

• Combine Survey Data:
  • Export responses from SayPro’s digital survey tool (e.g., Google Forms, internal platform).
  • Separate into quantitative (ratings) and qualitative (open-ended) responses.
• Integrate Interview Notes:
  • Organize key themes and quotes from interview transcripts or summaries.
  • Align qualitative data with survey themes (e.g., content quality, delivery, outcomes).

2. Quantitative Analysis (Surveys)

• Calculate average scores and distribution for:
  • Overall satisfaction
  • Content relevance and clarity
