Key Responsibilities:
1. Adapt Letterhead Design for Various Formats
- Develop adaptable templates for use across different formats (digital, print, etc.).
- Ensure designs are accessible to all relevant teams within SayPro, including but not limited to administrative, marketing, and executive teams.
- Customize letterhead templates to align with varying document needs, ensuring functionality across platforms (Word, PDF, etc.).
- Ensure the final letterhead design is adaptable for both high-quality print and digital use.
2. Ensure Corporate Branding Alignment
- Design letterheads that adhere strictly to SayPro’s established branding guidelines.
- Work closely with the SayPro Brand Material Office to understand and apply the core elements of SayPro’s visual identity, such as logo placement, color scheme, typography, and other branding components.
- Maintain consistency in all branding elements to ensure a uniform appearance across all official SayPro communications.
3. Collaboration with SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR Team
- Collaborate with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to align the letterhead design with marketing materials and other branding assets.
- Take input from the marketing team on specific design elements that need to be incorporated to ensure continuity in messaging and visual appeal.
- Regularly update designs based on feedback and any updates to the corporate brand guidelines provided by SayPro Marketing.
