Overview:

SayPro seeks a Marketing and Personalization Specialist to work within our marketing team, focusing on the customization and segmentation of messaging strategies, as well as the production of personalized marketing materials. This role will require a deep understanding of audience segmentation, brand consistency, and the ability to personalize content to reflect SayPro’s core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Audience Segmentation:
    • Data Collection: Collect and analyze audience segmentation data to identify target demographics for personalized campaigns.
    • Segmentation Strategy: Develop detailed audience profiles based on behaviors, preferences, demographics, and interactions with SayPro products or services.
    • Campaign Customization: Tailor messaging and creative content to each audience segment, ensuring alignment with overall brand voice and values.
  2. Personalized Messaging:
    • Message Tailoring: Create customized messaging that resonates with specific audience segments, incorporating elements such as customer testimonials, personalized offers, and SayPro brand elements.
    • Content Design: Collaborate with the creative team to design personalized marketing materials, including email templates, landing pages, and advertisements, incorporating audience-specific content and company values.
  3. SayPro Monthly Personalization:
    • SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 Personalization: Update and manage the monthly personalization process for the SayPro brand, ensuring the content and materials are customized for each segment.
    • Incorporate Custom Elements: Include personalized elements such as quotes, company values, or product benefits that directly speak to each segment’s needs and preferences.
  4. SayPro Brand Material Office:
    • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with SayPro’s established brand guidelines and messaging standards.
    • Maintain Brand Assets: Oversee the organization and updating of brand materials, including graphics, logos, and templates, in the SayPro Brand Material Office.
  5. Marketing Royalty SCMR:
    • Royalty Material Production: Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials related to SayPro’s royalty programs, ensuring proper messaging is conveyed to target audiences.
    • Program Integration: Align royalty messaging with audience segmentation and personalized strategies for optimal effectiveness.
  6. Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure personalized messaging is integrated across all touchpoints.
    • Monthly Reports: Prepare and deliver monthly reports on audience segmentation insights, campaign performance, and personalization results.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong background in audience segmentation and personalization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
  • Excellent understanding of SayPro’s brand values and ability to integrate them into messaging strategies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design personalized content that resonates with different audience segments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Employees should provide segmentation data for customer groups, including:
