  • Actions:

      • Ensure that icons reflect SayPro’s visual style, including color palette, typography, and design elements.
      • Align the shape, form, and layout of icons with the established brand aesthetics.
      • Validate that the icons communicate their intended messages effectively and fit within the company’s digital ecosystem.
    2. Feedback and Adjustments:
      • Collect feedback from the SayPro Marketing and Brand Material Office teams on the icons’ visual appeal and consistency.
      • Implement revisions to match the overall design guidelines.
    3. Consistency Check:
      • Run a comprehensive brand audit to verify the consistency across all touchpoints where these icons are used, such as the website, marketing materials, and product designs.

  • Objective: Ensure the production and review of custom icons for the brand’s visual identity.
  • Actions:
    1. Icon Creation:
      • Design a set of icons that represent the key elements of SayPro’s offerings and values.
      • Use the brand guidelines provided by the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR to develop icons.
    2. Quality Control:
      • Ensure that all icons are designed in scalable formats (SVG, PNG) to allow for versatile use across different platforms (website, mobile apps, print materials).
      • Test icons for clarity and legibility at various sizes.

Brand Material Office:

  • Objective: Oversee the creation and approval process for icons, ensuring that designs meet the high standards of SayPro’s brand identity.

      • Work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to ensure that designs align with the current marketing and branding objectives.
    2. Quality Assurance:

SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR:

  • Objective: Guide the design team on branding standards and ensure that the icons are aligned with SayPro’s market positioning.
  • Actions:
    1. Provide Guidance:
      • Share detailed guidelines on SayPro’s brand aesthetics, including logo usage, color palette, typography, and visual elements to guide icon design.
    2. Approval Process:
      • Review and approve designs before they are finalized and used in any marketing or digital materials.
      • Confirm that all design assets meet the SayPro branding guidelines.

Quarterly Targets for SayPro’s Icon Design:

  1. Target 1:
    • Complete a full review of the icon designs for alignment with SayPro’s brand identity by the end of the first month (January).
