Job Purpose:
To ensure all brand materials are planned, prepared, and installed in alignment with SayPro’s brand guidelines. The role requires active coordination between the Marketing, Creative, and Installation teams for successful execution as per SCMR-13 (SayPro Monthly January Installation Standards).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Installation Planning
- Brand Alignment Coordination:
- Work with the SayPro Marketing and Creative Teams to review upcoming brand materials.
- Confirm that all materials comply with SayPro’s official brand guidelines and visual identity standards as outlined in the SayPro Monthly SCMR-13.
- Provide feedback or request revisions where necessary to ensure consistency in color schemes, logos, fonts, and messaging.
- Scheduling & Logistics:
- Develop and maintain a monthly installation calendar in coordination with the SayPro Brand Material Office.
- Ensure that all required materials are available, approved, and ready prior to scheduled installations.
- Site Readiness & Communication:
- Conduct pre-site visits if necessary to determine installation feasibility and logistical requirements.
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders about timelines, locations, and installation needs.
- Prepare pre-installation checklists and communicate with all parties involved.
2. SayPro Monthly Installation
- Professional Installation Execution:
- Supervise or coordinate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to execute monthly installations.
- Ensure that installations meet high standards of professionalism, visibility, and durability.
- Verify that installations reflect the monthly marketing goals and uphold the SayPro brand image.
- Quality Control & Documentation:
- Conduct post-installation inspections to ensure accurate placement, design integrity, and material condition.
- Take photographs and prepare a monthly installation report summarizing locations, materials installed, and any issues or recommendations.
- Problem Resolution:
- Identify and troubleshoot any challenges that arise during the installation process.
- Work closely with the Brand Material Office and relevant vendors to resolve issues swiftly and maintain standards.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Visual Communication, or a related field

- Familiarity with SayPro brand standards and SCMR procedures is a plus
