- Ensure Alignment: All designs must adhere to the prescribed branding principles set out in the guidelines to maintain uniformity across all materials.
- Update Compliance: Any deviations or updates to the guidelines must be noted, and all new designs should reflect the most recent version of the guidelines.
2. SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13
- Purpose: To use the most current and accurate version of SayPro’s internal documents and templates, such as the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13, as a basis for ongoing communications, promotions, and other related activities.
- Required Actions:

6. Submission Process & Documentation
