SayPro Information and Targets Needed for the Quarter
1. Brand Material Installations
Objective:
To strengthen SayPro’s brand visibility and consistency across all platforms by ensuring the timely and professional installation of key brand materials at strategic locations, both physical and digital.
Quarterly Target:
- Install at least 20 key brand materials across various SayPro locations (physical and digital) before the end of the quarter.

- This target is based on the directive from the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 and falls under the operational focus of the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR in collaboration with the SayPro Brand Material Office.
Execution Strategy:
- Identification of Installation Sites:
- Select at least 10 physical locations (offices, training centers, public event venues).
- Identify at least 10 digital locations (web pages, social media banners, e-learning platforms, internal portals).
- Type of Brand Materials:
- Banners and Posters
- Digital Signage
- Roll-up Stands
- Branded Wall Decals
- Web Graphics (banners, headers)
- Email Signatures
- Branded Templates (PPT, Reports, Internal Memos)
- Video Intros/Outros with SayPro Branding
- Installation Timeline:
- Installations will occur progressively across the quarter.
- Minimum 5 installations per month, ensuring coverage and continuity.
- Final verification and audit in the last week of the quarter.
- Professional Installation Requirement:
- All physical brand materials must be professionally installed by the SayPro Brand Material Office.
- Digital materials must follow SayPro’s brand guidelines and be uploaded or applied by authorized personnel only.
- Monitoring & Reporting:
- Weekly progress updates submitted to the Marketing Royalty SCMR.
- Each installation must be documented (photos/screenshots, site/location details, date of installation).
- Final quarterly report to include before-and-after visuals, impact assessment, and feedback from local teams.
- Success Criteria:
- Minimum 20 installations completed and verified.
- Installations meet SayPro branding standards and enhance brand visibility.
- Positive feedback from teams or stakeholders at installation sites.
