Overview:

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a positive and consistent image of SayPro by aligning your efforts with our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Messaging & Personalization:
    • Develop custom content that incorporates SayPro’s values, mission, and branding materials.
    • Personalize SayPro’s messaging for various platforms using quotes, company values, and other branding elements.
    • Add custom elements to materials, such as monthly reports, presentations, and client communications, following SayPro’s style guide.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design personalized monthly branding content that highlights the SayPro mission and core messaging.
  2. Internal Communication:
    • Work closely with different departments to ensure that brand consistency is maintained across all communications.
    • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials, reports, and presentations that resonate with SayPro’s target audience.
    • Ensure that internal communications reflect SayPro’s core values and are presented in an engaging and professional manner.
  3. Employee Engagement:
    • Foster a sense of community and collaboration within the company by organizing internal events or campaigns that promote SayPro’s values.
    • Provide support and guidance to employees on how to incorporate SayPro’s branding into their daily tasks and communications.
  4. Social Media & Public Engagement:
    • Represent SayPro at industry events and on social media platforms, ensuring that all external communications align with the company’s values.
    • Create engaging content for SayPro’s social media channels, focusing on personalizing posts to match the company’s mission and messaging.
    • Monitor and respond to feedback or inquiries from customers, ensuring consistent, positive brand interactions.
  5. Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track the effectiveness of personalized branding content by gathering feedback and performance metrics.
    • Prepare quarterly reports that summarize engagement levels, performance, and areas for improvement.
  6. Brand Training:
    • Provide training sessions for employees to help them understand SayPro’s brand values and how they can incorporate these values into their work.
    • Ensure that all employees are familiar with SayPro’s branding materials and how to use them effectively.

    • Any feedback or suggestions employees may have on improving SayPro’s branding materials or communication strategies.
  5. Performance Reviews:
    • Documented feedback on how employees are embodying SayPro’s values in their daily tasks.
