SayPro Monthly Door Naming Signs Design and Branding Job Description (SCMR-13)

Position Overview: The SayPro Monthly Door Naming Signs Design and Branding team (SCMR-13) is responsible for designing and branding office door signs for SayPro’s various office locations in line with the brand’s identity. The team will work to create consistent, visually appealing, and functional signage that upholds SayPro’s visual identity as outlined in the official branding guidelines. The work produced will reflect the company’s commitment to excellence, and attention to detail in branding is key to this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Designing Door Signs:
    • Create unique, branded door signs for office spaces under SayPro’s marketing and branding department.
    • Ensure the door signs are aesthetically aligned with SayPro’s established visual identity while maintaining a professional and clean design.
    • Customize the signage as necessary, depending on the specific office, department, or space it is intended for.
  2. Adherence to Branding Guidelines:
    • All designs must follow SayPro’s current branding and design guidelines to maintain consistency across all visual materials.
    • Incorporate SayPro’s brand color scheme, fonts, logos, and visual elements into the door signs to maintain cohesive branding across all office locations.
    • Work with the marketing team to ensure the final design aligns with SayPro’s overall branding strategy and office branding requirements.
  3. Collaboration with the Marketing and Royalty Team (SCMR):
    • Work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to ensure designs meet brand standards and are produced efficiently.
    • Communicate design updates and progress regularly with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments.
    • Ensure that all designs are finalized within the agreed timeframe for production and installation.
  4. Preparation of Materials:
    • Develop detailed specifications for the door signs, including sizes, materials, and installation instructions.
    • Provide finalized artwork files for print production, ensuring that they are in the correct formats and meet the required technical specifications.
  5. Quality Control:
    • Conduct a thorough review of the final designs to ensure they meet all requirements before final approval.
    • Ensure that the designs are clear, easy to read, and appropriately scaled for their intended installation location.

Documents Required from Employee:

  1. Branding Guidelines Document:
    • The employee must refer to SayPro’s current branding and design guidelines to ensure that all door signs are created consistently with the company’s visual identity. These guidelines will cover color schemes, logo usage, typography, and any other visual elements that define the SayPro brand.
  2. Design Files and Sketches:
    • Any preliminary sketches, digital mockups, or design concepts for door signs need to be submitted for review and feedback before moving to the final stages of the design process.
  3. Final Artwork Files:
    • After design approval, the employee must submit the final artwork files in the appropriate formats (such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF) for production.
    • The files must meet the specifications required for high-quality printing and be prepared for production.

Expected Deliverables:

  • A set of branded door signs for various SayPro office spaces, designed and ready for production.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in branding and signage design.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback into the design process.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and innovative, with a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual composition.

Timeline:

  • The door signs must be designed and ready for production by the end of the month, with regular checkpoints for feedback and revisions.
