1. Vendor Relations & Sourcing

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality branded items.
  • Ensure all selected vendors align with SayPro’s brand standards, ethical sourcing policies, and cost-effectiveness requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to optimize value while maintaining quality and brand integrity.
  • Conduct market research to identify new vendors offering innovative and sustainable promotional items that align with SayPro’s brand image.
  • Regularly evaluate vendor performance based on quality, reliability, cost, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, including SayPro’s financial and legal guidelines.

2. SayPro Monthly Selection (January – SCMR-13)

  • Coordinate with the SayPro Brand Material Office and SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to curate a selection of promotional items for SayPro Monthly.
  • Select branded items that reflect SayPro’s brand values and enhance brand recognition (e.g., branded mugs, tote bags, notebooks, water bottles, pens).
  • Align item selection with marketing campaigns, seasonal themes, and corporate events to maximize impact.
  • Ensure branding elements such as logos, colors, and messaging are accurately represented on all sourced materials.

3. Procurement & Quality Assurance

  • Oversee the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of selected items.
  • Implement quality control measures to verify that items meet SayPro’s brand guidelines and quality expectations.
  • Work with vendors to resolve any issues related to defective or non-compliant products.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure a steady supply of promotional materials while minimizing waste and excess stock.

4. Financial & Reporting Responsibilities

  • Track expenditures related to branded item procurement and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier agreements, and cost analyses.
  • Provide reports to SayPro management on vendor performance, cost savings, and procurement efficiency.
